MEXICO CITY, MEXICO, June 30, 2009 — América Móvil, S.A.B. de C.V. (“AMX”) (BMV: AMX; NYSE: AMX; Nasdaq: AMOV; LATIBEX: XAMXL), announced today that it has filed its annual report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2008 (the “2008 Annual Report”) with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”).
