5.02 (b) Handleman Company announced the departure of Donald M. Genotti, Vice President Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer, effective July 31, 2009. Rozanne Kokko, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, has assumed the role of Chief Accounting Officer.
