On October 5, 2010, Natural Alternatives International, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“NAI”), issued a press release announcing that it had entered into a Supply Agreement with Nestle Nutrition. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
