Attached is an English translation of the summary of the letter dated June 2, 2011 filed by the Company with the Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires and the Comisión Nacional de Valores.

By letter dated June 2, 2011, the Company reported that pursuant to the resolutions held by the Shareholders Meeting on May 26, 2011 and by the Board of Directors on June 2, 2011, starting on June 13, 2011 the Company will pay a cash dividend consisting of Ps. 100,000,000 (Argentine legal currency) equivalent to 17.280813531% of the capital stock, and an amount per share of Ps. 0.17280813531, and an amount per ADR’s of Ps. 1.7280813531, to all shareholders of record as of June 10, 2011 in Caja de Valores S.A. The cash dividend payment will be effective to all shareholders at Caja de Valores S.A., located at 362 25 de Mayo Street, City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, Monday to Friday, between 10 am to 3 pm.
