The Annual Meeting of Shareholders of American Electric Power Company, Inc. will be held on Tuesday April 23, 2013, at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time, The Ohio State University’s Fawcett Center, 2400 Olentangy River Road, Columbus, Ohio.
