On August 17, 2010 Encorium Group, Inc. ("Encorium") issued a press release announcing Encorium's results of operations for its three-month period ended June 30, 2010. A copy of Encorium's press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
