Item 2.01 Completion of Acquisition or Disposition of Assets.
On January 3, 2006, Spectrum Control, Inc. issued a press release
announcing it had purchased certain land and manufacturing
facilities in State College, Pennsylvania. A copy of the press
release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
