“América Móvil acquires operation in Jamaica"
Mexico City, Mexico, November 5, 2007 -- América Móvil, S.A.B. de C.V. (“AMX”) (BMV: AMX; NYSE: AMX; Nasdaq: AMOV; LATIBEX: XAMXL) today announced that it has acquired 100% of the shares of capital stock of Oceanic Digital Jamaica Limited (“Oceanic”).
Oceanic provides wireless and value added services throughout Jamaica.
