"América Móvil’s General Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting
approves payment of a cash dividend”
MEXICO CITY (MEXICO), December 1, 2009 -- América Móvil, S.A.B. de C.V. (“América Móvil”) (BMV: AMX; NYSE: AMX; NASDAQ: AMOV; LATIBEX: XAMXL) announced today that its General Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting has approved the payment of a cash dividend of $0.50 (Fifty peso cents) per share, payable in a single installment, to each of the series “AA”, “A” and “L” shares which represent the capital stock of América Móvil. The cash dividend will be paid on December 10, 2009.
