(b) Principal Officer Resignation.
On February 22, 2012, Jeff Kiel resigned as Executive Vice President Sales and Marketing of Westinghouse Solar, Inc. (the “Company”), effective March 2, 2012. Mr. Kiel is relocating to Florida to assume the role of President and Publisher of Florida Today Communications Group. Westinghouse Solar is grateful for Mr. Kiel’s contributions to the Company over the past three years.
