On June
25, 2009, AECOM Technology Corporation, the firm conducting the independent
analysis of the root cause of the December 22, 2008, ash spill at TVA’s Kingston
Fossil Plant, released the findings of its analysis. A copy of the
executive summary of the root cause analysis is attached as Exhibit
99.1.
