On December 28, 2016, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit issued a ruling on the challenge to the U.S. Bureau of Land Management’s issuance of the Record of Decision for the Mt. Hope Project.  General Moly, Inc. issued a press release announcing the ruling on December 30, 2016.  A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
