(b) On December 19, 2014, Robert A. Lindemann announced his retirement as President and Chief Operating Officer of the Commercial Lines of Registrant, effective December 31, 2014. As of the date of this report, no new compensatory or severance arrangements have been entered into with Mr. Lindemann. On December 19, 2014, Registrant announced that effective January 1, 2015, pending the appointment of a successor to Mr. Lindemann, David Rutkowski, Senior Vice President, Commercial Underwriting, would assume certain of Mr. Lindemann's responsibilities, including day-to-day operational duties, reporting to Thomas Motamed, the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Registrant.
