11. Item 4. Resignation of Director
We disclose that in a letter dated March 25, 2011, addressed to the Board of Directors of Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company (respectively, the Board and the Company), Mr. Albert F. del Rosario tendered his resignation as a director and member of the Executive Compensation Committee of the Board of the Company, effective immediately.
The above event is not expected to have any significant impact on the Companys current or future operations, financial position or results of operation.
