The purpose of this letter is to comply with the requirements of Article 76 of Chapter V of the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange Regulations.
In that connection, I hereby inform you that the General Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held today resolved to postpone its consideration of items 8-18 of the agenda for such Meeting at a later date, and resolved to hold such subsequent meeting on May 30, 2013, at 5:00 PM at YPF’s corporate offices at Macacha Güemes 515 in Buenos Aires.
