John E. Herlitz, an independent director of Winnebago Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) since 2005, died on March 23, 2008. Mr. Herlitz served on the Company’s Human Resources Committee. The Board of Directors of the Company has made no decision as to when the resulting vacancy on the Board and Human Resources Committee will be filled. |
