Oslo(2003-02-07): The Norwegian Supreme Court has unanimously decided on Feb 7, 2003 to accept Norsk Hydro ASA's taxable treatment of group contribution for the year 1993. Hydro will be reimbursed NOK 177 million in taxes and NOK 148 million in interest, which will be recorded in the first quarter 2003 results.
