Attached is an English translation of the letter dated November 10, 2014 filed by the Company with the Comisión Nacional de Valores and the Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires:

 

 
 
 
 
By letter dated November 10, 2014 , the Company reported the sale to a non related third party of 1,004 m2 of office space and 10 parking lots, of Bouchard Plaza building located in "Plaza Roma" in the city of Buenos Aires.
 
The amount of the transaction was set at ARS 75.6 million, which has been completely paid.
 
The resulting gross profit was aproximately ARS 63.9 million.
 
The Company informs that after this sale, it has no longer leasable area in Bouchard Plaza building, keeping only 116 parking lots under ownership.
