Item 8.01. Other Events.
On February 26, 2015, the Company issued a press release announcing the Company's Board of Directors has increased the size of the Company's ongoing share repurchase program by $20 million. Together with today's increase, the Company had a total of $30.1 million authorized for future share repurchases as of February 26, 2015. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
