Board Meeting for
the approval of Accounts
The Board of Directors of ICICI Bank
Limited will, inter
alia, consider the approval of audited accounts for the quarter ended
June 30, 2009 at its forthcoming Meeting to be held on Saturday, July 25, 2009
in Mumbai.
