Syngenta holds Annual General Meeting
At the Annual General Meeting of Syngenta AG on 20 April 2010, the shareholders approved all the motions proposed by the Board of Directors.
Shareholders also approved a maintained dividend of CHF 6.00 per share for the business year 2009.
Michael Mack and Jacques Vincent were re-elected to the Board.
