ICICI Bank Limited (the ‘Bank’) Report on Form 6-K

 

In response to an email received from Indian Stock Exchanges on a recent news item which appeared in the Newspaper-Business Standard dated 02-Apr-2018 captioned “ED initiates enquiry into ICICI-Videocon loan case”, the Bank has sent the below clarification to the Indian Stock Exchanges.

 

We confirm that ICICI Bank Ltd. has not received any communication from the Enforcement Directorate relating to any enquiry into the loan to Videocon group as on date.

 

We further inform that ICICI Bank Ltd. is not aware of any information that has not been announced to the Exchanges under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015.
