On August 6, 2010, Lancaster Colony Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its annual meeting will be held on Monday, November 15, 2010 in the Bexley I meeting room at the Embassy Suites Hotel, 2886 Airport Drive, Columbus, OH 43219 at 11:00 a.m. with a record date of Friday, September 17, 2010 for notice and voting at the meeting.
A copy of the press release issued by the Company is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
