We estimate that we will receive net proceeds from this offering of approximately $65.7 million after deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses, or approximately $75.6 million if the underwriters exercise the over-allotment option in full. We intend to use $30.7 million of the net proceeds to fund a portion of our 2011 capital budget and for general corporate purposes, including possible future acquisitions.
