Subsequent to the filing of the prospectus, 73,521 shares of our common stock were distributed from escrow to Yorktown Energy Partners III, L.P. and 30,884 share were distributed from escrow to Yorktown Energy Partners IV, L.P. bringing the total shares held by each of entity to 1,245,149 and 523,046, respectively.
