Change in Principal Financial Officer
On July 17, 2007, Blue Nile, Inc. (“Blue Nile”) announced a change in its Chief Financial Officer
appointment. Scott Devitt has informed Blue Nile that he will not be joining Blue Nile as CFO, as
previously announced on June 29, 2007. Diane Irvine, the Company’s current Chief Financial
Officer, will continue in that position. A copy of Blue Nile’s press release announcing this
change is attached.
