(b)   On November 13, 2008, J. Terrence Lanni notified KB Home that he would resign from the Board of Directors, effective on that date. Mr. Lanni’s resignation was voluntary and he has no disagreements with the Company. A copy of the press release issued by KB Home regarding Mr. Lanni’s resignation from the KB Home Board of Directors is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
