On October 23, 2008, Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated (the “Company”) issued a press
release announcing its earnings for the three-month period ended September 30, 2008 and providing

on Form 8-K dated October 23, 2008. On October 24, 2008, the Company issued an Investment
Supplement for the quarter ended September 30, 2008, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit
