Item 7.01 Regulation FD
Lancaster Colony Corporation (the Company) has been notified by U.S. Customs and Border
Protection that the Company will be receiving approximately
$11.4 million under the Continued Dumping
and Subsidy Offset Act of 2000 (CDSOA). It is anticipated that these funds will be received in
December 2005. CDSOA requires the distribution of certain moneys assessed under antidumping orders
by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection to eligible affected companies for qualifying
expenditures made in the past. This is the fifth year that the Company will have received a payment
under CDSOA.
