On March 25, 2014, the Board of Directors of IGI Laboratories, Inc. (the “Company”), at the recommendation of its Organization and Compensation Committee, resolved to award a cash bonus in the amount of $75,000 to its President and Chief Executive Officer, Jason Grenfell-Gardner. Mr. Grenfell-Gardner is also a director of the Company.
