A New York man was arrested after allegedly robbing a woman at knifepoint in the subway on Nov. 22, but was released hours later without bail and proceeded to steal an iPhone from another woman on the subway the next morning on Nov. 23, according to the NYPD and Manhattan District Attorney's Office.
