The Kelley|Uustal firm has named Laura Crovo as the firm's Chief Operating Officer, responsible for its day to day operations, finances, and human resources. The firm specializes in catastrophic injury and wrongful death.
Crovo consulted with the firm on a variety of human resources and strategic issues beginning in 2011, joining the firm full-time in 2018. Crovo has had a successful career spanning more than 25 years in law firm business management, recruiting, and finance including working as the firm-wide Director of Attorney Recruiting at Akerman, and the Principal Administrator of Florida's then largest labor and employment law firm prior to founding a management consulting practice.
