Virtus Investment Partners, Inc. (NYSE: VRTS), which operates a multi-boutique asset management business, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $2.45 per common share.

The third quarter 2026 common stock dividend of $2.45 per share will be paid on November 13, 2026, to shareholders of record at the close of business on October 30, 2026.

Future declarations of dividends and the establishment of future record and payment dates are subject to the approval of the Board of Directors.
