A proud graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Zuber began her professional career in the insurance and banking industries, where she developed a strong foundation in financial management, risk assessment, and strategic business operations.
Those early experiences would become an important part of the business acumen she later brought to entrepreneurship.
Driven by an entrepreneurial mindset, Zuber transitioned into business ownership by co-founding a successful network cabling company. The experience strengthened her ability to build and grow an organization, lead high-performing teams, manage business operations, and deliver exceptional service to clients.
But it was her growing passion for construction that would ultimately define the next chapter of her career.
Building a Career—and a Legacy—in Construction
Zuber entered the construction industry and gained valuable hands-on operational experience working with a local construction firm. Motivated by a desire to create and lead her own ventures, she later co-founded a construction company that she successfully managed for nine years.
Building upon that experience and success, Zuber established Diamond Underground Construction Corporation, which she has proudly owned and operated for the past 19 years.
Today, she brings a distinctive combination of financial expertise, entrepreneurial leadership, and hands-on construction knowledge to her company and its projects.
