Technical Highlights
This fire protection project, located in the suburbs of Uruguay, includes the construction of a water storage tank, pipelines, valves, and a booster pump room. The main pipeline uses DN250 steel pipes, manufactured with API 5L Gr.B material and designed for PN10 pressure rating. To ensure long-term performance, the pipes are coated with a PE anti-corrosion layer, providing a service life of over 20 years. The system is mainly connected through butt welding and flanges, with rubber expansion joints between valves and pipelines for enhanced durability and safety.
