A new ten-home village will provide stable housing and support services for Florence 1 families experiencing housing insecurity.
FLORENCE, SC / ACCESS Newswire / April 6, 2026 / Florence 1 Schools has announced a new partnership with House of Hope of the Pee Dee to develop Hope Village, a tiny home community designed specifically to support Florence 1 families experiencing housing insecurity. The ten-home development will be constructed on Florence 1 property and is expected to open in 2027.
