Executive honored for her innovative programs, strong leadership and commitment to channel growth
Appgate (OTC: APGT), the secure access company, today announced that CRN®, a brand of The Channel Company, has named Tina Gravel, Senior Vice President of Global Channels and Alliances, to its 2022 list of Channel Chiefs. The prestigious CRN® Channel Chiefs list, released annually, identifies top IT channel vendor executives who continually demonstrate expertise, influence and innovation in channel leadership.

With more than 29 years in IT, Tina has extensive expertise in cybersecurity, managed services and cloud technology that contributes directly to Appgate’s strategic partner enablement initiatives. Tina’s team is focused on developing tools and resources that help Appgate’s partners guide their customers to secure solutions that protect their most valued information assets.
Among her accomplishments in 2021, Tina:
- Expanded Appgate’s partner program to meet the unique needs of managed service providers and managed security service providers
- Launched Appgate’s Sentinel Program, a global partner program, and enhanced it to include additional rewards and benefits, including expanded market development funds and new training materials
- Ensured that partners can secure competitive pricing on Appgate products to protect them from the onslaught of cyberattacks that was exacerbated by the move to remote work
- Extended a public-service program originally developed in the early days of the pandemic and the sudden shift to work-from-home to provide a budget-friendly means for end customers to obtain Appgate products and services
Additionally, she more than doubled the size of her channel team, while expanding into additional markets. Tina is a five-time CRN Channel Chief (2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022) and has been named to the CRN Women of the Channel list six times (2013, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021).
