Latest enhancements extend configured solutions, increase user productivity and boost manufacturing and supply chain efficiency, agility and resilience.
QAD Inc., a leading provider of next-generation manufacturing and supply chain solutions in the cloud, has released its latest enhancements to QAD Adaptive ERP, along with other QAD Adaptive Applications.
Global manufacturers continue to face disruption caused by unpredictable events, technology-driven innovation and changing customer expectations. In order to survive and thrive, manufacturers must rapidly respond to change and innovate for competitive advantage.
“The 2022 release of QAD Adaptive ERP delivers significant improvements to the user experience, boosting user productivity and providing more clarity, efficiency and control,” said QAD CEO Anton Chilton, “Further, with the addition of QAD WebJaguar Digital Commerce capabilities, our prospects and customers can meet their customers when and where they want to buy.”
Serialization extends QAD’s current track and trace capabilities, end-to-end from inbound receiving, to production and outbound shipping. This enables companies to increase material handling efficiencies, improve inventory accuracy and visibility, enhance OTIF ratings, address regulatory/industrial specific compliance requirements and combat counterfeit products. With Adaptive UX, QAD users can take full control of serial ID tracking from receiving unfinished goods in production, through picking, packing and shipping of goods.
QAD’s recent acquisition of WebJaguar now provides additional Digital Commerce capabilities. Benefits of QAD WebJaguar Digital Commerce include reduced order processing costs, improved order accuracy, better customer retention, punch-out and marketplace integrations, distributor enablement and other capabilities designed to enable B2B and B2C online sales.
In addition to these key enhancements to QAD Adaptive ERP, QAD has enhanced related solutions in its Adaptive Applications portfolio, including Analytics, QAD EQMS (Enterprise Quality Management System), QAD Financials, QAD Internationalization and QAD SRM (Supplier Relationship Management).
