Steel Partners Holdings Mourns the Passing of Board Member General Richard “Butch” Neal, USMC (Ret).

Steel Partners Holdings L.P. General Neal served on the board of Steel Partners since July 15, 2009, and he was a member of both the Audit Committee and Governance and Nominating Committee.
