Employee feedback-based award will recognize leading companies across North Dakota, South Dakota, Wyoming, Nebraska and Kansas that are putting employees first
Energage, the technology company behind the Top Workplaces employer recognition program, today announced a new award that will recognize Top Workplaces in the Great Plains region. The nomination period for the award will close on August 11, 2023, and winners will be announced in November.
Top Workplaces national and regional employer awards highlight organizations that listen to employee feedback and drive people-first cultures. Companies across North Dakota, South Dakota, Wyoming, Nebraska and Kansas with 35 or more employees are eligible to be nominated for the new Great Plains award program.

The Top Workplaces Great Plains award is based on Energage’s confidential, research-backed, employee engagement survey. Participating companies will be evaluated against the industry’s most robust benchmarks based on more than 17 years of culture research.

The Top Workplaces program also offers national employer recognition awards throughout the year. In October, winners of the quarterly Top Workplaces Culture Excellence Awards will be announced.
