Ross is a dynamic senior leader known for scaling organizations that blend operational excellence with a customer-obsessed user experience. As CXO, Ross will lead the next chapter of innovation as Chief continues to tailor its member experience—creating a seamless journey that spans the many ways members connect across the community.

Ross has led a multifaceted career defined by driving growth and transformation for respected, community-driven brands. Most recently, she was Chief Operating Officer at Happier Living, a behavioral healthcare company, where she successfully scaled operations nationally and increased its clinician pool 30% to meet patient demand. Prior to Happier Living, Ross was Chief Digital Officer at The IRONMAN Group, where she developed a connected fitness platform for the brand’s global endurance community. As Head of Digital Channels & Product Innovation at Citi, Ross led initiatives including the relaunch of the Citi Commercial Banking app and the launch of Citi Prestige, one of the company’s flagship consumer premium rewards products. At Equinox, as Head of Customer Retention & Loyalty, she led strategies to deepen engagement and build on the brand’s high-touch service culture. Earlier in her career, Ross held marketing and business-development roles at American Express, where she led digital acquisition for the Small Business group and helped launch the “Find a Card” platform.
