Workspace Property Trust Secures New Lease with Hyundai Capital America at Suburban Atlanta Property

The lease agreement between HCA and Workspace was brokered by Kirk Anders of Anders Commercial Properties and Bob Gibbons of REATA Commercial Realty, representing HCA, and Wes Rudes, of Workspace.
