Brigade Capital Management, LP (“Brigade”), a global asset management firm which employs a multi-asset class approach to investing across the credit universe, today announced the closing of a $405.85 million collateralized loan obligation (“CLO”), Battalion CLO XXVIII Ltd., with Bank of America acting as lead arranger. This is Brigade’s first CLO new issue close of 2025 and reflects its reoriented, quality focused strategy.
