Broderick has been a leader in the commercial real estate market for the last 25+ years, having held a variety of executive roles at commercial real estate companies throughout his career. He began his career in investment banking and then as a commercial real estate advisor with Eastdil Secured. Broderick then joined BRE Commercial, a commercial real estate services firm, as President and CEO. Broderick subsequently led this company through multiple sales and mergers, resulting in the 2018 IPO as Cushman & Wakefield. He held various leadership positions at Cushman & Wakefield, including Regional President, Southwest & Mexico; President, US West, Canada & Latin America; and, most recently, President of the Americas Advisory & Americas Capital Markets.
