Chu’s practice focuses on a wide range of corporate transactions, including Hong Kong IPOs, follow-on equity and debt offerings, public and private mergers and acquisitions, privatizations, and pre-IPO and cross-over financings. He has worked across multiple sectors, with a focus on healthcare and life sciences, technology, media, and consumer and retail. Chu also has significant experience advising Hong Kong–listed companies on post-listing compliance, corporate governance, executive compensation, and related regulatory matters.
