The family-owned truck, towing and off-road brand looks to its next decade with RhinoWorld, a 182-acre proving ground and brand campus outside Austin.

Rhino USA is celebrating its 10th anniversary, marking a decade that took the company from two brothers hauling dirt bikes into the Southern California desert to a nine-figure adventure gear brand serving millions of customers. Now, the family-owned company is looking toward its next decade with RhinoWorld™, a 182-acre proving ground and brand campus outside Austin built around the same idea that started Rhino: solve real-world problems, build gear you can trust and prove it in the real world.

In 2016, Cameron Repic founded Rhino USA at 19 years old. He and his younger brother, Dylan, grew up riding dirt bikes, driving trucks and hauling gear into the desert. Like many Rhino customers today, they needed equipment that held up when they were miles from home, so they started building it themselves. Dylan joined the company while still in high school, followed by their father, Ted, who became CEO, and their uncle, Ray, who served as COO from 2017 to 2025 and now sits on the company's board.

What started as a scrappy family operation is now one of the fastest-growing brands in the automotive aftermarket, crossing nine figures in annual revenue for the first time last year. Rhino USA sells through rhinousainc.com, Amazon, Walmart.com and TikTok Shop, and its products are stocked in more than 10,000 retail stores nationwide. Bestsellers include Retractable Ratchet Straps, Adjustable Drop Hitches, Kinetic Recovery Ropes and Tactical Hiking Sticks.

Since the beginning, Rhino USA has built battle-tested gear for real-world problems. Every product is backed for life. If it fails under normal use, the company makes it right, with no runaround and no fine print. Rhino USA shows up for customers like family.

RhinoWorld, located in Del Valle just outside Austin, is where that approach becomes something people can see and use. The campus will include an innovation lab and prototyping shop, a content studio, concept retail space, a campground and RV sites. Its proving grounds cover more than eight miles and 15-plus engineered obstacles, from creek crossings to 30-degree tilt challenges, used both to test products and to teach people how to use them. RhinoWorld currently hosts the Rhino USA team, partners and invited guests, with broader community access planned.

“This company started with our family doing what we loved — riding dirt bikes, driving trucks and figuring out better ways to solve the problems we ran into,” said Ted Repic, CEO of Rhino USA. “Ten years later, that's still how we think. Build great gear, stand behind it for life and take care of people like family. RhinoWorld is how we carry that into the next 10 years. Don't just tell people a product works — prove it. Don't just sell people gear — teach them how to use it.”

To mark the milestone, Rhino USA is launching its first-ever customer loyalty program, and it’s free to join. A storewide anniversary offer runs Oct. 2–4 at rhinousainc.com. Customers who spend more than $100 get a free T-shirt, while supplies last.
