America’s largest automotive repair and service brands group named to Forbes’ 2026 list of America’s Best Large Employers
The Caliber family of automotive repair and service brands, including Caliber Collision and Caliber Auto Glass, today announced it has been named to Forbes’ list of America’s Best Large Employers 2026.
The designation, presented in collaboration with Statista, the world-leading statistics portal and industry ranking provider, highlights companies that are rated most highly by their employees for workplace satisfaction, culture, and opportunity. Caliber is America’s largest automotive repair and service brands group, and its inclusion on Forbes’ list reflects the voices and experiences of Caliber teammates across the company’s nationwide footprint.
America’s Best Large Employers 2026 were selected based on an independent survey of more than 217,000 U.S. employees working for companies with at least 1,000 employees. More than 3.5 million employer evaluations were considered. Final scores were based primarily on direct employee feedback, with additional input from public evaluations within the same industry. The full list was published by Forbes on Feb. 10, 2026.
“We are honored to be recognized by Forbes alongside so many outstanding companies,” said David Simmons, Chief Executive Officer of Caliber. “This recognition belongs to our teammates across the country. Their commitment to our purpose – Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life® – and to one another is what makes Caliber a great place to work. We are focused on creating an environment where people feel valued, supported, and empowered to grow, and this recognition reinforces that commitment.”
Caliber’s inclusion on the list also reflects its continued focus on building a culture rooted in opportunity, development, and long-term career growth. The company invests in training, recognition, and leadership development to ensure teammates have the tools and pathways needed to succeed – both today and over the course of their careers.
A key example of that commitment is Caliber’s Technician Apprentice Program (TAP). TAP is a paid, 12- to 18-month, competency-based apprenticeship that pairs participants with experienced mentor technicians for hands-on, in-shop training. Apprentices are full-time employees from day one, with access to benefits, structured learning, and industry certifications that support long-term career advancement. There are now more than 1,500 active graduates, strengthening Caliber’s workforce and helping develop the next generation of skilled technicians across the industry.
