Experienced Marketing Leader to Strengthen CTG Brand, Advance Go-to-Market Strategy, and Support Continued Growth

CTG, a Cegeka Group company delivering IT and business solutions to organizations across the U.S., announced today the appointment of Stefanie DeSantis as Chief Marketing Officer.

In this role, DeSantis will lead CTG’s marketing organization, overseeing brand strategy, demand generation, client engagement, and go-to-market initiatives to accelerate revenue growth across key industries and solution areas.

DeSantis brings more than 15 years of marketing leadership experience across healthcare, life sciences, and technology markets. Throughout her career, she has helped organizations translate complex offerings into compelling value propositions, strengthen brand visibility, and bring innovative solutions to market. She is recognized for building marketing organizations that enable enterprise growth in competitive and evolving markets.

“Stefanie brings a strong combination of strategic marketing leadership, brand expertise, and the proven ability to drive growth,” said Tom Niehaus, CEO of CTG. “As we continue to scale the business, her experience will help us further strengthen our marketing capabilities, deepen alignment with sales, and advance strategic initiatives across our priority industries and solutions.”

Prior to joining CTG, DeSantis served as Senior Vice President of Marketing at Precision AQ and held marketing leadership roles at DeepIntent, Aledade, and Florida Blue. Across these organizations, she built and led high-performing teams that drove market awareness, expanded client relationships, and accelerated pipeline growth.

“CTG has built a strong reputation for helping organizations solve complex business and technology challenges,” said DeSantis. “I’m excited to build on that success by expanding the company's market presence, strengthening the brand, and helping more organizations understand the value CTG delivers.”
