Hershey Law is proud to announce that Simran Grewal has joined the firm as an associate attorney, expanding its team representing employees in workplace disputes across California.

Grewal previously represented both employees and employers at plaintiff-side and defense-side employment law firms. Her experience on both sides of employment litigation provides valuable insight into how workplace disputes are evaluated, defended, negotiated, and litigated. At Hershey Law, she represents employees in matters involving retaliation, discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination.

“Simran’s experience on both sides of employment litigation gives her an understanding of how employers and defense counsel evaluate cases,” said Brennan Hershey, Managing Partner of Hershey Law. “That perspective, combined with the care she brings to client relationships, makes her a strong addition to our team.”

Grewal earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Cognitive Science from UCLA, her Juris Doctor from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law, and her Master of Laws in Business Law from UCLA School of Law. During law school, she served as Lead Articles Editor for the Journal of Business, Entrepreneurship & the Law and received a CALI Excellence for the Future Award in International Investment Disputes. She also gained litigation experience in the Consumer Protection Division of the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office.
