Riverbend Industries Inc. announced today that it has sold Carlson Acquisition Company (“Carlson”), its Tulsa, Oklahoma-based flange-making subsidiary, to an affiliate of the Zink Family Office, also headquartered in Tulsa. Zink Industrial Group LLC invests in industrial manufacturing and fabrication companies.

Riverbend was committed to finding a strong long-term home for Carlson, and the Zink Industrial Group provided that fit. The divestiture also allows Riverbend to focus more fully on its core HVAC and Building Solutions businesses.
